Health Forms Annual Health & Medical Record for Boy Scout Summer Camping & camping OVER 72 hours – The 2012 health form is the current health form, however, the 2011 and 2012 health forms will be accepted for the 2013 camping season. Health forms ARE NOT accepted at the Council Service Center. Health forms are only good for ONE year. Note: If your Troop is participating in the Scuba diving program at Camp Naish, the PADI Medical Statement which is included in the High Adventure portion of the Annual Health and Medical Record is required.

Visitor Sunday July 19 10am – 5pm (Gates open at 10am sharp and all vehicles must be out of main camp before 5pm)
Directions to H. Roe Bartle from Kansas City:
After reaching Highway 13, go South to Highway C. Take Highway C East approximately 12 miles to a stop sign. Turn right (South) through the town of Iconium, MO. At the cemetery turn right (West) one NE Scout Camp Road. Continue less than ½ mile to Camp Piercing Arrow entrance. Go another mile to Camps Lone Star and Sawmill entrances.
